交替极磁齿轮复合电机的分析与研究

摘要: 研究了一种交替极磁齿轮复合电机。将复合电机内转子两侧同极性的永磁体与铁心交替排列,减少了永磁体的用量。通过有限元分析软件将该结构与双极性结构、外转子交替极结构进行对比,结果表明,该结构提升了反电动势幅值、单位体积永磁体输出转矩

Abstract: A kind of a consequent-polemagnetic-geared permanent-magnet motor was researched,in which the same polarity and the iron core were staggered on both sides of the inner rotor,to reduce the amount of permanent magnets.The finite element analysis software was used to compare the structure with the bipolar structure and the consequent-pole structure of the outer rotor.The results show that the structure improves the back EMF and the torque-per-magnet volume.
