摘要: 提出了设计非磁性次级直线电机的一种新方法,避免了传统方法设计时反复计算逐步逼近的缺点,只需一次计算即可把设计完成。基于该方法设计了一台长初级双边直线电机,阐述了变频器功率驱动电路的构成和数字控制系统的硬件设计,搭建了一套实验平台。通过实验对该方法的有效性进行了验证。

Abstract: A new method of designing non-magnetic secondary linear motor was proposed. The method avoids the shortcomings of the traditional method in the design of repeated calculation and gradual approximation. Only one calculation was needed to complete the design. Based on this method, a long primary double sided linear motor was designed. The structure of the power drive circuit and the hardware design of the digital control system were described, a set of experimental platform was built. The design method established was verified by experiments.
