基于坐标变换和平均值法的PMSM定子相电流谐波抑制策略研究

Research on Harmonic Suppression Strategy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Stator Phase Current Based on Coordinate Transformation and Current Average Method

摘要: 由于PMSM内部气隙磁场畸变、部分电力电子元器件导通时管压降的存在以及死区时间等非线性因素的综合影响,PMSM定子侧相电流易夹杂多种高次谐波而出现波形正弦度差、失真等现象。通过分析PMSM定子相电流谐波的特征,以及坐标变换和电流平均值法的特点,确定5次、7次谐波为研究对象,并提出使用坐标变换和电流平均值法构建谐波补偿环节补偿5次、7次谐波。仿真结果显示,在将以坐标变换和电流平均值法基础构建的谐波补偿环节合理化引入PMSM系统之后,PMSM相电流波形失真情况得到改善,波形趋于理想正弦,输出转矩平滑度变得更好。

Abstract: Due to the combined effect of the inner air gap magnetic field distortion of PMSM, the existence of tube voltage drop and dead time of some power electronic components, PMSM stator phase current includes many kinds of high-order harmonics, resulting in waveform sine difference, distortion and so on. By analyzing the characteristics of PMSM stator phase current harmonics, as well as the characteristics of coordinate transformation and current average method, the 5th and 7th harmonics were determined as the research object, and the 5th and 7th harmonics were compensated by using coordinate transformation and current average method. The simulation result shows that the distortion of PMSM phase current waveform was improved, the waveform tended to ideal sine, and the smoothness of output torque was better after the harmonic compensation based on coordinate transformation and current average method.
