摘要: 利用ANSYS软件的Simplorer+Maxwell进行联合仿真,探析转子槽形的有效作用,保证电机起动性能良好,考虑转子集肤效应,抑制高次谐波的影响,以某型号电机实际运行情况为例,验证了转子闭口槽的作用,为类似工程应用提供参考。

Abstract: Using Simplorer+Maxwell of ANSYS software for joint simulation, the effective effect of rotor groove shape is analyzed to ensure good starting performance of the motor, and the effect of high order harmonics is inhibited by taking the subset effect of rotation into consideration. Taking the actual operation of a certain type of motor as an example, the effect of rotor closing groove is verified, which provides reference for similar engineering applications.
