嵌线方式对双绕组永磁同步电机电感的影响分析

摘要: 设计了双绕组的两种定子嵌线方式,包括平行嵌线和交替嵌线。建立了两种嵌线方式下的数学模型,对双绕组电感进行了理论计算,并通过仿真验证了理论计算的有效性。对双绕组平行嵌线和交替嵌线时的电感进行了分析,分析表明,交替嵌线的主绕组和备绕组电感相同,而平行嵌线时的主绕组和备绕组电感有差异,差异较大时会导致主备份绕组切换不同步,影响系统的可靠性。通过对电感计算公式分析,提出减小主备电感差异的改进方法,为双绕组电机的设计提供指导。

Abstract: Two modes of dual-winding embedding were designed,including parallel and alternate embedded-line.The mathematical models of two embedded-line modes were established.The inductance of dual-winding was calculate theoretically ,and the effectiveness of the theoretical calculation was verified by simulation.The influence of two embedded-line modes on inductance was analyzed.The main winding and backup winding inductance is the same for alternate embedded-line,while three is a big difference for parallel embedded-line. The difference of inductance will cause the asynchronization of the main winding and backup winding switching,then it affects the reliability of the system.An improved method to reduce the difference between main winding and backup winding inductance is proposed by analyzing the inductance calculation formula,it provides guidance for the design of dual-windings motor.
