摘要: 基于感应电机多回路方程,提出了一种感应电机转子断条建模方法。在该建模方法的基础上,结合参数辨识和滑窗技术可得到电机等效参数变化曲线,所得等效参数变化曲线相较于正常模型等效参数,具有明显特征,可用于诊断感应电机转子断条故障。仿真验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: A modeling method of the broken bar fault of the induction motor rotor was proposed based on the multi loop equation of the induction motor. On the basis of this modeling method, combined with parameter identification and sliding window technology, the change curve of equivalent parameters of induction motor can be obtained. Compared with the normal model equivalent parameters, the change curve of equivalent parameters has obvious characteristics, which can be used to diagnose the broken bar fault of induction motor rotor. The validity of this method was verified by experiments.
