双酚A型环氧树脂中二氧化硅的分散性研究

摘要:

采用了悬浮实验,粒径分析等手段,研究不同分散剂在环氧树脂中对 SiO2颗粒的分散效果,并进行了比较。结果表明,用丙烯酸类三元共聚物作为分散剂,树脂中SiO2的沉降明显降低,粒径最小,悬浮率达到97.20%,有效控制了直流力矩电机环氧浇注后的浇注材料分层现象。

Abstract:

The experiment of suspension and particle size analysis were conducted to study different dispersing agent in epoxy resin on the SiO2 dispersion effect.The results show that,with three acrylic copolymer as dispersing agent,settlement of SiO2 in the resin was decreased and the particle size was the smallest,the suspension rate was up to 97.20%,which effectively control the casting material of epoxy casting after stratification for DC torque motor.
