摘要: 建立了一种考虑驱动器参数的两相混合式步进电动机精细化模型。建立了两相混合式步进电动机本体的数学模型,模型考虑了电感、旋转电压和电磁转矩参数的非线性特性,利用衰减系数表示非线性特性,简化电压平衡方程与转矩方程,提高了模型在负载下的精确度。考虑了驱动器功率器件和续流二极管对电机运行性能的影响,建立了电机驱动器的精确模型,将步进电动机本体模型和驱动器模型相耦合,并对参数做了敏感度分析,研究了各个参数对模型精确度的影响。实验结果与仿真结果对比验证了该仿真模型的精确性。

Abstract: A model of 2-phase hybrid stepping motor considering driver parameters was established. A mathematical model of stepping motor was established. Nonlinear parameters of motor such as inductance, back-EMF coefficient and torque coefficient were considered. Attenuation coefficients were used to represent the nonlinear characteristics and simplified voltage and torque equation. It can improve model accuracy at load. The influence of power device and diode of driver were also considered. A coupling model of precision stepping motor and driver was built, and the sensitivity analysis of parameters was made. The precision of this model was verified by comparing the experiment result and simulation result.
