摘要: 介绍了一种高功率密度永磁同步电动机的设计及仿真,产品用于管道检测机器人驱动系统中。电动机采用了合理磁路设计及仿真实现电机低齿槽转矩运行;一体化结构设计确保管道检测的体积要求;同时采用合理散热设计,确保电机在超高温环境下的可靠运行。

Abstract: The design and simulation of a kind of PMSM with high power density was introduced, which was used in the drive system of pipe detection robot. In this system the motor adopt proper design and simulation to realize low cogging torque rotation. Compact structure design was used to insure the volume demand of pipe detection. Heat sinking design was adopted to insure the reliable performance of the motor system in the very high temperature environment.
