仿真分析微铣刀破损失效的影响因素

摘要: 随着微电机尺寸不断减小,微铣削技术在电机生产中运用越来越普遍。但因刀具尺寸小,强度低,实际铣削过程中容易发生破损失效。研究表明,微铣刀受到的最大拉应力超过刀具抗拉强度是导致刀具破损的根本因素。建立微铣削钛合金的仿真模型,仿真分析安装偏心和工艺参数对微铣刀最大拉应力的影响。根据仿真结果,指导微铣削刀具安装和工艺参数选择,避免微铣削过程中刀具发生破损失效。

Abstract: With the decrease of the micro motor size,the application of micro-milling in the motor production is more and more common.Because of the small diameter and low strength of the micro-milling cutter,it is easy to be damaged in the actual milling process.The results show that the ultimate cause of cutter breakage is that the maximum tensile stress exceeds the bending strength of the cutter.A simulation model of micro-milling titanium alloy was established to study the influence of installation eccentricity and process parameters on the maximum tensile stress of micro-milling cutter.The simulation results can guide the installation of micro-milling cutter and selection of process parameters,which avoid damage and failure of the cutter in the process of micro-milling.
