永磁同步直线电动机电流控制方法

摘要: 电流环的设计是永磁同步直线电动机(PMSLM)控制系统中非常重要的一个环节,所有的控制策略最终实质上都是对逆变器输出电流的控制,分别采用PI电流控制、滞环电流控制以及预测电流控制,三种电流闭环控制方法,实现了对永磁同步直线电动机的电流闭环控制,并分析了三种电流控制方法的优缺点。针对预测电流控制中存在的时延及参数扰动问题,引入三阶超螺旋滑模观测器实现对扰动的观测与补偿,从而提高了预测电流控制的鲁棒性。实验结果证明,预测电流控制方法能够兼顾系统的精度以及带宽要求,相较于前两者具有较好的控制特性。

Abstract: The design of the current loop is a very important part of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) control system.All control strategies are ultimately the control of the output current of inverter.PI current control,hysteresis current control and predictive current control were used to achieve current closed-loop control of PMSLM,and the advantages and disadvantages of the above three current control methods were analyzed.Aiming at the delay and parameter disturbance in the prediction current control, the third-order super-twisting sliding mode observer was introduced to realize the observation and compensation of the disturbance,thus improving the robustness of the predictive current control.The experimental results show that the predictive current control method can satisfy both the accuracy and bandwidth requirements of the system. Compared with the former two methods,it has better control characteristics.
