摘要:

以54槽48极永磁无刷轮毂电机为例,提出了采用曲面响应法优化辅助槽尺寸的方法。建立自变量与响应变量之间的二阶响应函数,通过Design-Expert软件设计求得响应最优解,借助有限元仿真软件对比分析了采用响应曲面法的优越性。结果表明,该法不仅可以简单有效地确立永磁轮毂电机的辅助槽尺寸,而且具有较强的适用性。

Abstract:

The permanent magnet brushless wheel motor of 54 slots and 48 poles was taken as an example. A method of using surface response method to optimize the size of auxiliary groove was put forward. The two order response function between the independent variable and the response variable was established. The optimal solution was obtained by Design-Expert software. The superiority of the response surface method was verified by the finite element simulation software. The results show that the method can simply and effectively weaken cogging torque of permanent magnet brushless wheel motor, and has a strong applicability.
