Improved Double-Vector Model Predictive Current Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor

摘要: 由于单矢量模型预测控制(MPC)与占空比MPC电流控制在电压矢量选择上的局限,将双矢量MPC应用于直线电动机电流环控制。该控制策略在一个采样周期内选择2个电压矢量,扩大了实际作用电压的范围,因而电压矢量的选择更准确。鉴于该算法的计算量较大,对电压矢量的选择方法进行改进,以缩小矢量选择范围,简化计算。实验结果表明,改进的双矢量MPC算法提高了电流环的调节能力与跟踪性能,有效抑制直线电动机推力波动,增强了直线电动机运行的稳定性。

Abstract: Due to the limitation of single-vector MPC (current predictive control) and duty cycle MPC current control in voltage vector selection, double vector MPC was applied to the control of linear motor current loop.The control strategy selects two voltage vectors in a sampling period,which enlarges the range of the actual acting voltage, so the voltage vector selection was more accurate.In view of the large amount of calculation of the algorithm,the voltage vector selection method was improved to reduce the range of vector selection and simplify the calculation.The experimental results show that the improved double-vector MPC algorithm can improve the regulation and tracking performance of the current loop,restrain the thrust fluctuation of the linear motor effectively and enhance the stability of the linear motor operation.
