摘要: 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动系统开路故障后的电流检测问题,研究了PMSM驱动系统基于二阶滑模观测器和混合逻辑动态模型的电流残差矢量的开路故障诊断方法。通过对PMSM驱动系统构建二阶滑模观测器和基于混合逻辑动态模型的电流模型,推导了不同开路故障下的电流残差矢量幅值、相位等特征量关系,并对电流残差矢量对故障开关的定位方法和鲁棒性进行了详细分析。通过对驱动系统三种不同故障状态进行仿真分析,验证了电流残差矢量法对驱动系统故障检测的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the current detection problem of PMSM drive system after open circuit fault, an open circuit fault diagnosis method based on second-order sliding mode observer and mixed logic dynamic model was studied. By constructing second-order sliding mode observer and current model based on mixed logic dynamic model for PMSM drive system, the relationship between amplitude and phase of current residual vector under different open-circuit faults was deduced, and the location method and robustness of current residual vector to fault switch were analyzed in detail. Through the simulation analysis of three different fault states of the drive system, the validity of the current residual vector method for fault detection of the drive system was verified.
