摘要:

论述了目前国内外永磁同步电机电磁振动噪声抑制方法的发展现状,梳理引起永磁同步电机电磁噪声的电机径向力、电机谐波以及磁致伸缩力,通过减小这些影响因素,可以达到抑制电机振动噪声的目的。例举现阶段优化电机结构和降低磁致伸缩力的有效方法,总结了需进一步研究的重点内容,为抑制电磁噪声的后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:

The development status of electromagnetic vibration noise suppression methods for permanent magnet synchronous motors was discussed. The radial force, motor harmonics and magnetostrictive force of permanent magnet synchronous motor electromagnetic noise were combed. By reducing these influence factors, the vibration and noise of the motor can be suppressed. The effective methods to optimize the motor structure and reduce the magnetostrictive force at the present stage were pointed out. The key content on electromagnetic noise suppression was summarized, which provides reference for the subsequent research .
