BLDCM System Based on Terminal Voltage Detection without Position Sensor

摘要:

针对基于转子无位置传感器的无刷直流电动机端电压检测法,详细分析了使用软件计算和利用硬件电路获取反电动势过零点的两种检测手段,并分别结合三段式起动法和电压脉冲注入法进行转子初始位置精确定位,实现无刷直流电动机无位置传感器的可靠起动和正常运行。确定以TMS320F28335为核心的控制系统,并搭建了基于智能功率模块的驱动模块。实验结果表明,软件计算的检测手段节省成本,硬件电路提取法系统较为稳定,两种检测方法均可精确测得反电动势过零点,方法简单可靠。

Abstract:

Aiming at the brushless DC motor terminal voltage detection method based on the rotor position sensorless,two detection methods that use software to calculate and use hardware circuit to obtain back EMF zero-crossing point were analyzed. Combining with the three-stage start-up method and the voltage pulse injection method, the initial position of the rotor was located, the reliable start-up and normal operation of the brushless DC motor without position sensor was realized.The control system with TMS320F28335 as its core was determined,and a driving circuit based on intelligent power module was set up.The experimental results show that the software calculation is cost saving and the hardware circuit extraction are relatively stable.Both software and hardware detection methods can accurately measure the back-EMF zero cross point,and the methods are simple and reliable.
