摘要:

为了保证航空永磁同步电机发电系统在整个转速范围内能保持直流母线电压270 V恒定,而且谐波含量符合国军标要求,将基于电压反馈弱磁的PWM整流和比例谐振(PR)调节器相结合,利用增加负向去磁电流id减小电机反电动势,PR控制器可以对输入的交流信号在静止坐标系下进行无差调节,省去d轴和q轴电流的解耦项,易于实现谐波补偿,提高航空起动/发电系统的鲁棒性和航空电源质量。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制系统有效实现了宽转速范围的稳压及突加、突卸负载的高动态响应能力,输出电源具有高品质,满足航空电源国军标要求。

Abstract:

In aviation the permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) power generation system, in order to keep the DC bus voltage 270 V constant and the harmonic content in accordance with the national military standard requirements throughout the entire speed range, a PWM-rectifier based on voltage feedback and a proportional resonant (PR) regulator were combined to increase the negative direction. The d-axis current reduces the back electromotive force of the motor, and the PR controller can perform no-static adjustment of the AC signal in a stationary coordinate system, eliminating the decoupling term, making harmonic compensation easy, and improving the robustness of the aviation start/power generation system and aviation power quality. The simulation results show that the control system can effectively realize the high dynamic response of the wide-speed range of voltage regulation and sudden rejection load. The output power supply has high quality and meets the requirements of the country military standard for aviation power supply.
