摘要:

研究了基于迭代学习控制的开关磁阻电机相电流控制策略。常用的光电式位置传感器无法对电机位置信号上升沿和下降沿之间的其它点进行定位,基于位置点的控制策略,利用CPLD实现了具有输入限定功能的边沿检测电路和位置信号倍频电路。实验表明,该控制策略成功将电机的位置信号倍频,并在每个位置点迭代学习,能有效提高电流控制精度,降低开关频率。

Abstract:

A phase current control strategy of SRM based on iterative learning control was studied. Commonly used photoelectric position sensors cannot locate other points between the rising edge and falling edge of the motor position signal. However, the control strategy studied was based on position points. Therefore, an edge detection circuit with input limiting function and a position signal multiplier circuit was implemented by using a CPLD. The experiments show that the control strategy successfully multiplies the position signal of the motor and the phase current gradually converges to the desired current at each position. By employing proposed strategy, the performance of current control can be improved apparently and switch frequency can be reduced.
