摘要:

为简化光栅编码器输出信号动态特性的检测过程,提高检测效率与检测精度,研究了一种基于LabVIEW的光栅编码器动态特性检测系统的设计方法。通过ZM-BL4810K直流无刷调速器,实现电机带动编码器稳速运行;通过NI数据采集卡与LabVIEW编程软件,实现编码器输出信号的采集和信号处理。结果表明,该系统能够满足300~1 000 r/min转速范围内对精度不超过18″光栅编码器动态特性的检测。

Abstract:

In order to simplify the detection process of the dynamic characteristics of the grating encoder output signal and improve the detection efficiency and detection accuracy,a design method of the grating encoder dynamic characteristic detection system based on LabVIEW was studied.By using ZM-BL4810K brushless DC motor speed controller, the motor drived the encoder to run at a steady speed. Through the NI data acquisition card and LabVIEW programming software, the encoder output signal acquisition and signal processing were realized. The results show that the system can detect the dynamic characteristics of grating encoders with an accuracy of not more than 18″ in the range of 300~1 000 r/min.
