转子斜极对永磁轮毂电机性能影响的研究

摘要:

针对目前航空地面特种车辆的电动化,设计出机场摆渡车用永磁轮毂电机。给出永磁轮毂电机基本尺寸和基本参数,利用有限元软件对电机空载特性与负载特性进行仿真计算;重点研究永磁体斜极对轮毂电机性能的影响,包括齿槽转矩、反电动势、电磁转矩等,综合分析确定电机最优结构尺寸。

Abstract:

The permanent magnet in-wheel motor in airport ferry was designed for aeronautical ground special vehicles. The basic dimensions and basic parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous in-wheel motor were presented. The simulation of load characteristics and no load characteristics was carried out by using finite element method and the influence of permanent magnet skewed pole on in-wheel motor performance was also analyzed. The optimal structure size was determined by analyzing the influence of the structural parameters on the cogging torque, back EMF and electromagnetic torque.
