摘要:

介绍了航天用微特电机产品设计、工艺、生产、试验、包装和流转等过程多余物预防和控制。通过分析在产品研制各环节多余物产生的原因,采取合理的预防方法和控制措施,减少多余物引起的产品失效风险,提高产品的可靠性。

Abstract:

Prevention and control for foreign object debris (FOD)during the design, process, production, test, packaging and circulation of aerospace small and special electrical machines was introduced.By analyzing the causes of FOD during the product development and adopting reasonable prevention methods and control measures,it is able to reduce the risk of product failure caused by FOD and improve product reliability.
