摘要:

研究一种基于正确相霍尔信号对无刷直流电动机故障信号进行诊断及重构的方法,无误差积累、精度高且适用于较高转速。以未故障相为基础,结合加速度、速度等先验信息,推导估计下一跳变沿发生时刻,并加入置信区间机制,以此诊断故障并对信号进行重构。仿真及实验结果表明,该方法可及时诊断出故障霍尔信号,并实现高精度重构,电机转速及电流在正常范围内波动且电机正常运行。

Abstract:

A high-accuracy fault detection and signal reconstruction method on BLDCM combined with the right residual signals was studied. Based on the priori information and the correct phases, the next time of the jumping edge and corresponding phase was estimated. Also a confident interval was set to detect the faults and reconstruct the signals. The experiment result notes that the wrong signal could be detected in time and reconstructed accurately. The speed and the current were both normal and the BLDCM ran well.
