摘要:

针对现有飞轮储能用三自由度磁轴承径-轴向磁路耦合严重、承载力不足的特点,研究了一种无耦合、承载力大的三定子三自由度磁轴承。介绍该磁轴承的拓扑结构和工作原理,采用等效磁路分析方法对磁轴承的径向磁路和轴向磁路进行计算,得出了磁轴承的数学模型,并给出磁轴承主要参数的设计方法及参数结果。利用仿真软件ANSYS对轴承的所处磁场和转子承载力情况进行计算和分析,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行静态性能仿真。磁场分析结果表明,该三定子三自由度磁轴承能够避免径向-轴向间的磁路耦合,从而能够扩大系统线性工作范围和稳定裕度,提高磁轴承系统的控制性能。受力分析结果表明,相比于同外径尺寸的其它磁轴承,该磁轴承具有承载力大的优点。仿真结果与设计值一致,仿真结果验证了该新型磁轴承的结构的合理性及参数设计结果的正确性。

Abstract:

The existing three degrees of freedom magnetic bearing for flywheel energy storage system(FESS) has disadvantages with serious radial-axial coupling and insufficient bearing capacity. To solve the problems, a novel three degrees of freedom magnetic bearing with three-stators (TS-3DOF-MB) for FESS was proposed. The structure and working principle of the TS-3DOF-MB were introduced. The analytical formulas for calculating the magnetic force of this bearing were deduced using the magnetic circuit method and the virtual displacement principle. A 3-D finite element model of the TS-3DOF-MB was built, and the magnetic field distribution under different conditions and basic force characteristics of this magnetic bearing were analyzed by 3-D finite element method. The dynamic simulation of the magnetic bearing system was carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink. The results of magnetic field analysis show that the TS-3DOF-MB structure can effectively avoid the axial-radial coupling, and force analysis show that compared with other magnetic bearings of the same outer diameter, the magnetic bearing has the advantage of large bearing capacity.
