摘要:

针对压缩机在低速运行时存在转矩脉动问题,研究了一种基于前馈控制的负载转矩补偿器。通过滑模观测器获得了电机的转速,在提取转速波动的基波分量之后,采用滤波器获得了转矩补偿幅值和转矩补偿角,将补偿量反馈给控制系统对负载转矩进行补偿。仿真分析表明该方法能有效地抑制转矩脉动,降低转速波动,从而补偿负载转矩。实验结果证实,加入转矩补偿算法后,压缩机的振动减轻,噪声降低,证明了该方法的可靠性。

Abstract:

To solve the problem of torque ripple in compressor at low speed, a load torque compensation method based on feed forward control was proposed. The speed of the motor was achieved by the sliding mode observer. After the fundamental component of the speed fluctuation was extracted, the torque compensation amplitude and the torque compensation angle were obtained by using the filter, and the compensation value was fed back to the control system to compensate the load torque. Through the simulation analysis, this method can effectively restrain the torque ripple, reduce the speed fluctuation, and thus compensate the load torque. The experimental results show that the vibration of the compressor was reduced and the noise was decreased by using the torque compensation algorithm, which proves the reliability of the method.
