电磁弹射用变极距直线感应电机设计研究

Design and Research on Variable Polar Distance of the Linear Induction Motor for Electromagnetic Catapult

摘要:

根据舰载机弹射器弹射具体指标,分析变极距长初级双边直线感应电机性能,并以直线感应电机等效电路模型为基础,推导电磁推力与各设计参数量关系。研究弹射用变极距双边直线感应电机模型,控制电流频率不变,高速运行时减小直线电机损耗。建立直线感应电机数学仿真模型,分析电机动态性能,比较变极距直线电机相对于传统直线电机的优越性,分析次级长度、电流频率等参量对极距值选取的影响。该研究为直线电机在舰载机弹射方面的运用提供了新的途径和方法。

Abstract:

According to the specific requirements of the projectile catapult ejection, the performance of the variable pole length and long primary bilateral linear induction motor was analyzed. Based on the equivalent circuit model of the linear induction motor, the relationship between the conductive magnetic thrust and the design parameters was deduced. The varying pole pitch double-sided linear induction motor for catapult was studied, controlling the current frequency and reducing the losses of the linear motor at high running speed. The mathematical simulation model of the linear induction motor was established to analyze the motor's dynamic performance, find the superiority of the varying pole pitch linear induction motor to traditional linear motor and analyze the impact of secondary length and current frequency on pole pitch. The results provide useful implication for the application of linear motor in carrier-based aircraft catapult.
