摘要:

对于表贴式永磁电机,分析了计算齿槽转矩的4种解析模型,主要理论包括能量法和麦克斯韦应力张量法。模型中由于考虑极间漏磁和槽漏磁的不同,从而得到齿槽转矩的波形有所不同。并用4种解析模型计算了一台表贴式永磁电机的齿槽转矩。分析结果表明,考虑极间漏磁和槽漏磁的模型精度较高,并通过有限元法验证了理论分析的有效性。

Abstract:

Four models of predicting cogging torque for surface-mounted permanent magnet machines were presented. The main theoretical ideas of the models are energy method and Maxwell stress tensor method. These models with/without accounting for the slot and inter-pole leakage magnetic were analyzed, thus resulting in different waveforms of cogging torque. The predicted cogging torque waveforms by the analytical models were analyzed and compared. The conclusion can be drawn that the analytical model with considering the effect of inter-pole and slot magnetic leakage field is more accurate and validated by a finite element method.
