摘要:

设计了一种直线压电电机采用一阶纵振工作模态。电机振子由横、纵向杆式振动体正交连接而成,振动体的结构形式为高强度夹心换能器,横向振动体的两个换能器产生反对称振动以增强横向振动输出力。当横、纵向振动体施加相位差为90°的正弦激励信号时,驱动足产生椭圆运动以推动滑条移动。通过扫频实验,测得电机的最佳工作频率为29.3 kHz。当给电机施加频率为29.3 kHz,峰峰值为250 V的激励信号时,滑条的推动力可达8 N,空载移动速度可达150 mm/s。

Abstract:

A linear piezoelectric motor was designed by the first order longitudinal mode. The oscillator was composed of transverse and longitudinal rod vibration bodies, and there were orthogonal connection. The structure of the vibration body was high strength sandwich transducer. The two transducers of the transverse vibration body generate antisymmetric vibration to increase the output force of transverse vibration. When the transverse and longitudinal vibrations exert sinusoidal excitation signals with a phase difference of 90 degree, an elliptical motion was generated on the drive foot to push the slider to move. The optimum working frequency of the motor was obtained by swept frequency experiment, and which was 29.3 kHz. When the excitation signal with a frequency of 29.3 kHz and a peak value of 250 V was applied, the driving force of the slider could reach 8 N, and the no-load speed of the slider could reach 150 mm/s.
