摘要:

针对四相8/6极电励磁双凸极电机,在简要分析了电机基本特征的基础上,利用电机自感随转子位置变化而变化的特征,采用低压开关脉冲检测端电压法,实现了静止时无位置传感器的转子位置估计。选择两组不同的开关组合,通过开通和续流阶段非导通相端电压的大小关系,确定转子所处的90°电角度区间;然后根据第一次的结果选择第三组开关组合,同样通过非导通相在开通和续流时端电压的大小关系,确定电机所处的45°电角度区间;在考虑励磁电流产生的齿槽转矩影响的情况下,判断出准确的转子位置。为确保注入脉冲时转子不发生转动,对开关脉冲的作用时间做了理论分析,为四相DSEM八状态无迟滞起动奠定基础。通过实验验证该方法的可行性和理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:

For a four phase 8/6-pole doubly salient electro-magnetic motor (DSEM), the terminal voltage detection method was adopted by injecting low-voltage- switch-pulse to estimate the initial rotor position based on analyzing the DSEM's basic characteristics. This method takes advantage of the feature that the self-inductances are changed with rotor position. By choosing two different switch combinations, the relationship between the terminal voltages of silent phase in the conducting and freewheeling process was used to determine the 90° range. The third switch combination was chosen according to the first test result. The relationship between the terminal voltages of silent phase in the conducting and freewheeling process was used to determine the 45° range in consideration of the cogging torque caused by the field current. The pulse duration was analyzed theoretically to insure starting without rotating. The accurate rotor position laid foundation for four-phase DSEM eight-state starting. The feasibility and correctness of theoretical analysis were verified by the experimental results.
