摘要:

为研究振动电机气隙长度对电感参数和定子绕组电流的影响,从基本结构和工作机理上分析振动电机与三相异步电机的区别,量化了振动电机转子主轴在运行时的形变,结合振动电机转子主轴的非线性,提出了振动电机气隙长度的计算公式,得到了振动电机气隙长度对内部电感参数及定子电流的影响,并基于交流电机多回路理论对电机进行仿真,理论分析与仿真结果表明,振动电机的气隙长度会使定子电流频谱图中产生f1±fr的特征频率,而普通电机则无。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the influence of air gap length on the inductance parameters and stator winding current of vibration motor, The deformation of the rotor spindle of the vibration motor during operation was calculated by the differences of basic structure and working mechanism between vibrating motor and three-phase asynchronous motor. The calculation formula of the air gap length of the vibration motor was deduced based on the nonlinearity of rotor spindle of vibration motor. The influence of the air gap length of the vibration motor on the internal inductance parameters and the stator current was obtained. And the motor is simulated based on the multi-loop theory of AC motor . The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the air gap length of the vibration motor will produce the characteristic frequency f1±fr in the stator current spectrum, while the ordinary motor does not.
