Predictive Current Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Based on Notch-Filter-Based Harmonic Suppression

摘要: 针对永磁同步电机电流中谐波成分导致的性能下降问题,提出了基于陷波器谐波抑制的永磁同步电机预测电流控制策略。 该方法基于无差拍预测控制实现电流快速调节,并引入针对特定谐波频率的陷波器以选择性抑制电流谐波,从而提高控制精度与动态响应性能。 实验结果表明,在转速为 1 000 r / min、20% 与 80% 额定负载工况下,电流总谐波畸变率分别降低了 42. 13% 和 37. 27%。 结果表明,该策略能够有效抑制电流谐波,提升永磁同步电机的运行性能。

Abstract: To address the performance degradation caused by harmonic components in the currents of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) , a predictive current control strategy with notch-filter-based harmonic suppression is proposed. The method employs deadbeat predictive control for fast current regulation and incorporates a notch filter targeting specific harmonic frequencies to suppress current harmonics, thereby improving control performance. Experimental results show that at 1,000 r / min under 20% and 80% rated load conditions,the stator current total harmonics distortion is reduced by 42. 13% and 37. 27%, respectively. The results indicate that the proposed strategy effectively suppresses current harmonics and improves PMSM operational performance.
