摘要: 航空电机作为飞机的主要组成部分之一,它是否工作可靠决定着飞机能否正常的飞行,所以航空电机检测系统的发展显得尤为重要。 本文根据航空电机飞行时的温度环境设计航空电机油源测试系统,该系统可以模仿航空电机在复杂飞行环境下的多种温度状况,从而实现对航空电机装备前的测试。 本设计控制部分采用了 S7 -200 smart,其 CPU 型号为 SR30,程序部分采用主程序加子程序的模式,上位机采用 C#语言进行设计,经过实验该系统可以完成航空电机的耐热性能测试。

Abstract: As one of the main components of aircraft,the reliable operation of aviation motors determines whether the aircraft can function normally,making the development of aviation motor testing systems particularly important. This paper designs an aviation electric oil pump motor testing system based on the temperature environment during flight. This system can simulate various temperature conditions of aviation motors in complex flight environments, thereby enabling preinstallation testing of aviation motors. The control part of this design adopts the S7 - 200 smart,with the CPU model being SR30,The upper computer is designed using the C # language. Experiments have shown that this system can successfully complete the heat resistance testing of aviation motors.
