高频注入下永磁同步电机振动分析与抑制

摘要: 基于脉振高频注入的无位置传感器控制会使永磁同步电机产生额外的高频电磁力,进而加剧电机振动。 针对这一问题,本文提出一种变角度高频电压注入无位置传感器控制方法,通过改变电压注入角度来降低高频电压产生的径向电磁力,从而削弱电机振动。 通过解析法和有限元法分析高频注入下电机径向电磁力波的时空特性,推导了电压注入角度与高频电磁力密度幅值之间的关系,说明了变角度注入下转子位置估计误差解调方法。 实验结果表明,改变注入角度能够有效降低高频注入带来的电磁振动。

Abstract: The sensorless control based on pulsating high-frequency( HF) injection will cause the permanent magnet synchronous motor to generate additional HF electromagnetic force,which will aggravate the vibration of the motor. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a variable angle HF voltage injection sensorless control method, which reduces the radial electromagnetic force generated by HF voltage by changing the voltage injection angle, thereby weakening the motor vibration. The space-time characteristics of the radial electromagnetic force wave of the motor under HF injection are analyzed by analytical method and finite element method. The relationship between the voltage injection angle and the amplitude of the HF electromagnetic force density is derived. The corresponding demodulation method of the rotor position estimation error under variable angle injection is illustrated. The experimental results show that changing the injection angle can effectively reduce the electromagnetic vibration caused by HF injection.
