摘要: 本文提出并建立一种永磁无刷直流空心杯电机的磁网络解析模型。 对该电机建立有限元模型并进行了有限元分析;提出了磁网络模型的结构,讨论了参数的解析计算;将该模型计算的结果与有限元仿真的结果以及实物实测结果进行对比,偏差小于 10%,验证了该模型的合理性与精确性。

Abstract: This paper proposes and establishes a magnetic equivalent circuit model of a permanent magnet brushless DC coreless motor. We establish a finite element model of the motor and conducts the finite element analysis. The structure of the equivalent magnetic network model is proposed, and the analytical calculation of its parameters is discussed. The model’ s computational results are compared with finite element simulation outcomes and physical test results,the deviation is less than 10%,thereby validating this model’ s correctness and accuracy.
