混合式步进电机二维等效有限元仿真方法

摘要: 由于混合式步进电机磁路的复杂性,其电磁性能的仿真计算具有较大的难度,传统磁路法计算的精度不足,而三维有限元法计算量庞大,难以满足工程应用需求。 本文采用磁导等效的方式将混合式步进电机的三维磁场等效成二维磁场,从而实现二维有限元计算,相比磁路法具有更高的计算精度,相比三维有限元法具有更快的计算速度。 并且进一步简化至计算一个定子极下的转矩特性,通过合成获得整个电机的转矩特性。 以一台步距角为1. 8° 的两相混合式步进电机为例开展研究,计算其自定位转矩、保持转矩,仿真计算结果与实测结果基本一致,验证了这种简化的二维等效有限元仿真计算方法具有一定的可行性。

Abstract: Due to the complexity of the magnetic circuit in hybrid stepping motors,the simulation and calculation of its electromagnetic performance is quite difficult. The accuracy of traditional magnetic circuit method is insufficient,and 3 - D finite element method has a huge computational workload, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of engineering applications. In this paper, a method of permeance equivalence is used for converting the 3 - D magnetic field in hybrid stepping motors to 2-D magnetic field,then the 2-D finite element simulation is achieved. This method is more precise than magnetic circuit method,and faster than 3-D finite element method. The 2-D equivalent finite element simulation method is further simplify to calculate the torque characteristics under one stator pole,and the entire torque characteristics are obtained by overlying. This paper takes a two phase hybrid stepping motor with a step angle of 1. 8° as an example to conduct research. Cogging torque and holding torque are calculated. The results of simulation and experiment are relatively close, which verifies the feasibility of the simplified 2-D equivalent finite element simulation method.
