基于连续不等齿宽的外转子永磁同步电机设计

Design of External Rotor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Continuous Unequal Tooth Width

摘要: 为提高外转子永磁电机转矩性能,提出一种连续不等齿结构,与传统等齿结构永磁电机相比,该结构显著提高电机转矩。 使用有限元法建立 36 槽 32 极等齿宽外转子永磁电机的仿真模型,并分析其性能,验证所设计电机的合理性;参照传统隔齿隔相不等齿结构,设计一种连续不等齿结构,辅助齿采用燕尾槽结构;针对连续不等齿结构,设计 4 种不同方案,通过有限元验证该结构提高电机转矩的有效性;通过对比分析等齿结构和不等齿结构下定子齿的磁通密度差异,验证采用连续不等齿结构能够提高电机转矩。

Abstract: To improve the torque performance of the external rotor permanent magnet motor,a continuous unequal tooth structure is proposed. Compared with the traditional equal tooth structure permanent magnet motor, this structure significantly improves the motor torque. The finite element method was used to establish the simulation model of a 36 -slot 32-pole external rotor permanent magnet motor model with equal tooth width,and its performance was analyzed to verify the rationality of the designed motor;Referring to the traditional unequal tooth structure of spacer teeth,a continuous unequal tooth structure is designed,and the auxiliary teeth adopt a dovetail groove structure;four different methods are designed for the continuous unequal tooth structure,and the effectiveness of the structure to improve the motor torque is verified by finite element method. By comparing the magnetic densities of the stator teeth in the equal tooth and unequal tooth structures,it is proved that the adoption of the continuous unequal tooth structure can enhance the motor torque.
