摘要: 基于电磁原理利用 Maxwell 软件进行仿真设计与电枢绕组计算,确定电机关键结构尺寸及参数优化,确
保性能达到了标准要求。 结构设计遵循成熟、标准化原则,并在满足强度要求的前提下,尽量减小体积、降低质量。
整体方案兼顾装配可行性、工艺性、可靠性和维修性。 经空载及负载实验结果表明了该设计方法的有效性和可靠
性,为同类电机设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract: This article uses Maxwell software to conduct simulation design and armature winding calculation based on
electromagnetic principles, determine the key structural dimensions and parameter optimization of the motor and ensure
performance meets standards. The structural design follows the principles of maturity and standardization and strives to
minimize volume and weight while meeting strength requirements. The overall plan takes into account assembly feasibility,
processability, reliability and maintainability. The effectiveness and reliability of this design method have been verified
through no-load and load tests, providing a reference for the design of similar motors.
