长定子直线电机考虑磁路饱和的分析模型与优化设计

摘要: 为实现对长定子直线同步电机快速准确的设计,基于建立的参数化有限元模型分析了磁路饱和对磁场
和电枢绕组电感的影响,基于数据拟合法计算得到了漏磁系数和电感参数。 采用考虑磁路非线性的等效磁路计算
了气隙磁密,修正得到了考虑磁饱和时的长定子直线同步电机推力和悬浮力解析表达式,并分析了推力的负载纹波
分量。 根据电压状态方程计算得到了电磁性能,采用改进遗传算法对长定子直线同步电机进行了优化设计,得到了
推力高且负载纹波分量低的方案。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of LLSM design, the influence of magnetic saturation on
magnetic field and winding inductance was analyzed based on the erected parametric FEA model, and then the magnetic
leakage coefficient and armature winding inductance parameters were obtained based on fitting method. The air gap flux
density was obtained based on equivalent magnetic circuit considering magnetic saturation, after that the modified analytical
expressions of thrust force and levitation force with considering the magnetic saturation are obtained. In the same time, the
thrust ripple component caused by load was analyzed. The electromagnetic performances were calculated based on the
voltage state equation. The optimization design of LLSM was carried out by adopting improved genetic algorithm, and then
a design of high thrust force and low thrust ripple component caused by load was obtained.
