摘要: 为判定混合式步进电机各结构电磁参数设计对电机保持力矩的影响,分析了各影响因素及影响强度;
采用 Maxwell 3D 有限元法,在静态磁场下对电机进行建模仿真,得到电机在不同电磁参数下的保持力矩特性曲线;
比较仿真结果,得出各参数下电机性能最优解,选择最大影响因素并采用单一变量法进行实物验证,实验结果表明,
该研究所得规律对步进电机结构设计具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: In order to determine the influence of electromagnetic parameter design on the holding torque of hybrid
stepper motor, the influencing factors and the influencing strength were analyzed. Maxwell 3D finite element method was
used to model and simulate the motor under static magnetic field and calculate the holding torque characteristic curve of the
motor under different electromagnetic parameters. By comparing the simulation results, the optimal performance solution of
the motor under each parameter was obtained. The single variable method was used to verify the maximum influencing
factor. The experimental results showed that the law obtained in this study had certain reference value for structure design of
the stepper motor.
