Sensorless Control of PMSM Based on Adaptive Sliding Mode Observer

摘要: 针对永磁同步电机( PMSM) 无传感器控制,提出了一种改进自适应超螺旋滑模观测器。 为了改善滑模抖振现象,设计了分段平方根切换函数取代符号函数;设计了自适应方案来动态调节滑模系数,可同时兼顾观测器的收敛速度和抖振程度。 设计自适应反电动势估计器,用于消除反电动势噪声,提高辨识精度。 设计龙伯格观测器来解算转子速度和位置,有效减小了辨识位置的相位延迟和误差。 通过不同转速下的对比实验,验证了所提自适应超螺旋滑模无传感器控制策略在位置和速度辨识精度以及动态性能方面都更具优越性。

Abstract: An improved adaptive super-twisting sliding mode observer was introduced for the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) . With the intention of improving the chattering phenomenon of sliding mode, the piecewise square root switching function was devised to substitute the sign function. An adaptive scheme was designed to dynamically adjust the sliding mode coefficient, which can simultaneously consider the convergence speed of the
observer and the degree of chattering. Adaptive back-EMF estimator was designed to eliminate the back electromotive force noise and improve the identification accuracy. The Luenberger observer was designed to calculate the rotor speed and position, which can effectively reduce the phase delay and error of the identification position. Through the comparison experiments under different motor speed, it was verified that the proposed adaptive super-twisting sliding mode sensorless control strategy has superior performance in position and speed identification accuracy as well as dynamic performance.
