摘要:

从齿槽转矩解析式出发,推导了各次谐波分布及齿槽转矩周期;并利用有限元软件分析了永磁同步电机的定子椭圆、槽口不等分布及转子静态偏心对齿槽转矩的影响,仿真结果显示定子椭圆是影响电机齿槽转矩的主要因素,且电机的齿槽转矩随定子椭圆量近似线性递增。对样机进行了齿槽转矩测试实验,仿真值与实测值相差2.09%,验证了采用定子椭圆模型分析齿槽转矩的可行性及正确性。

Abstract:

Starting from the cogging torque analytical formula, the distribution of various harmonics and the cogging torque cycle was deduced. The influence of the stator ellipse, notched distribution of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and static eccentricity of the rotor on the cogging torque was analyzed. The simulation results show that the stator ellipse is the main factor affecting the cogging torque of the motor, and the cogging torque of the motor increases approximately linearly with the stator ellipticity. The experiments on the cogging torque of the prototype motor was tested, and the difference between the simulated value and the measured value was only 2.09%, which verified the feasibility and correctness of the cogging torque analysis using the stator ellipse model.
