车用永磁电机振动噪声及电磁转矩分析与优化

摘要: 针对车用永磁电机运行时常见的振动噪声问题,提出齿顶圆弧偏移及永磁体拓扑结构优化的的办法抑制电磁振动。 采用齿顶圆弧偏移的方法抑制齿顶所受径向电磁力,采用田口法优化电机拓扑结构,以提高电机凸极比和削弱电磁振动。 对比优化前后的凸极比、输出转矩、转矩脉动和齿顶处径向电磁力密度,验证了优化方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the common vibration and noise problems during the operation of automotive permanent magnet motors, the method of cogging arc offset and the optimization of permanent magnet topology were proposed to suppress the electromagnetic vibration. The method of cogging arc offset was used to suppress the radial electromagnetic force on the cogging top, and the Taguchi method was adopted to optimize the topology of the motor to improve the camber ratio of the motor and weaken the electromagnetic vibration. The effectiveness of the optimization method was verified by comparing the convex pole ratio, output torque, torque pulsation and radial electromagnetic force density at the tooth apex before and after optimization.
