同向环形绕组四面体直线电机运行机理及电磁性能

Operation Mechanism and Electromagnetic Properties of Tetrahedral Linear Motor with Equidirectional Toroidal Winding

摘要: 针对高端智能健康与医疗设备所需的高性能永磁同步直线电机,提出一种新型同向环形绕组四面体直线电机( ETW-TLM) ,研究了其运行机理和电磁性能。 利用解析法分析了电枢磁场谐波特性,基于旋转磁场理论揭示了所提电机的运行机理。 通过二维和三维有限元法分析了所提电机的电磁性能。 实验测试结果验证了所提电机的可行性以及分析结果的正确性。 该研究可以为同向环形绕组电机的拓扑创新设计提供参考,也为医疗电动缸等领域提供了一种优选电机拓扑。

Abstract: For high-performance permanent magnet synchronous linear motors required in high-end intelligent health and medical devices, a novel equidirectional toroidal winding tetrahedral linear motor ( ETW-TLM) was proposed and its operating mechanism and electromagnetic performance was studied. The harmonic characteristics of the armature magnetic field were analyzed using an analytical method, and the operating mechanism of the proposed motor was revealed based on the rotating magnetic field theory. The electromagnetic performance of the proposed motor was examined using both two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element methods. The experimental test results validate the feasibility of the proposed motor and confirm the accuracy of the analytical findings. This study provides a reference for the topological innovation of unidirectional toroidal winding motors and offers an optimized motor topology for applications such as medical electric actuators.
