Modified Active Disturbance Rejection Control Strategy for PMSM Considering Measurement Noise

摘要: 为了解决应用自抗扰控制( ADRC) 后系统的抗扰能力和抗噪能力无法兼顾的问题, 提出了一种基于增强型扩张状态观测器( MESO) 的 PMSM 转速环自抗扰控制技术。 MESO 在 ESO 的基础上引入新的状态变量为扰动变化率,通过对扰动和扰动变化率的多次观测提高扰动估计的准确性, 以此提升系统的抗扰 能 力。从频域角度进行分析,结果表明,MESO 在低频段的抗扰能力增强,高频段的抗噪能力保持不变,具有较好的频率特性。 对 ADRC 和增强型 ADRC 两种控制方法的永磁同步电机调速系统进行了实验对比, 验证了增强型ADRC 的优越性。

Abstract: The system’ s disturbance rejection ability and noise suppression ability cannot be balanced after applying active disturbance rejection control ( ADRC) . In order to solve the problem, a PMSM speed active disturbance rejection control strategy based on a modified extended state observer ( MESO) was proposed. The designed MESO expanded the disturbance differential term to a new state variable based on the ESO, and improved the accuracy of disturbance estimation
through multiple observations of disturbance and disturbance differential term, thereby enhancing the system's disturbance rejection ability. From the perspective of frequency domain analysis, the results showed that the proposed MESO had enhanced disturbance rejection ability in the low frequency band, while maintaining the same noise suppression ability in the high frequency band, and had good frequency characteristics. The experimental comparisons were conducted on the speed control systems of permanent magnet synchronous motors using ADRC and modified ADRC control methods, verifying the superiority of the proposed method.
