内置式永磁同步电机振动噪声抑制方法

摘要: 针对内置式 V 形永磁同步电机提出通过转子斜极和定子齿开辅助槽抑制电机振动噪声的方法。 通过电磁场有限元仿真法计算额定功率 11 kW、额定转速 8 200 r / min 永磁同步电机径向电磁力的时间频率谐波和空间阶次谐波。 通过有限元仿真方法和样机实验分别对电机的振动噪声进行计算,并将两者的声压级进行了对比,发现误差在合理的范围内。 通过转子永磁体 V 形斜极和定子齿开辅助槽的方法抑制电机的振动噪声,可降低电机的 A计权声压级。

Abstract: Two methods were proposed for suppressing motor vibration and noise in an interior V-shaped permanent magnet synchronous motor by using rotor skewed poles and stator tooth opening auxiliary slots. The time-frequency harmonics and spatial order harmonics of the radial electromagnetic force of a PMSM with a rated power of 11 kW and a rated speed of 8 200 r / min were calculated using the electromagnetic field finite element simulation method. The vibration noise of the motor was calculated through finite element simulation and prototype experiments, and the SPL of the two were compared. It was found that the error was within a reasonable range. The vibration noise of the motor could be suppressed by using the V-shaped skewed pole of the rotor permanent magnet and the auxiliary slot of the stator teeth, which can reduce the A-weighted sound pressure level of the motor.
