摘要: 基于电助力自行车自身特点,结合不同路况,计算其中置传动模组输出扭矩载荷谱。 将交变应力的载荷谱通过齿轮材料 T-N 曲线求出当量载荷,并基于疲劳强度和弯曲强度计算等幅疲劳载荷,计算结果可为后续加速疲劳,载荷试验提供理论依据。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of electric assisted bicycle ( E-bike ) and different road conditions , theout put torque load spectrum of E-bike mid-mounted motor was calculated. The load spectrum of alternating stress was obtained by T-N curve of gear material , and the equivalent load was calculated based on fatigue strength and bending strength. The calculation result can provide theoretical basis for subsquent experiments of accelerating fatigue load.
