基于零漂修正和偏置补偿的定子磁链观测算法

摘要:

针对反电动势积分法在实际应用中会受到积分初值、逆变器非线性、电流采样噪声等影响,引起纯积分计算结果漂移甚至饱和,导致电机运行不稳定的现象,提出一种低通滤波器加零漂修正的改进磁链观测算法。分析了低通滤波器代替纯积分时能够抑制但不能消除零漂的缺陷,以及积分后采用极值法对零漂修正的不足,两种方案结合能完全消除直流偏置且结构简单、易于工程实现,算法通过仿真和实验验证,结果表明该算法能够有效地解决电压积分模型磁链观测不准确问题,提高转子位置及速度估算精度,实现宽转速范围永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制。

Abstract:

For the problem that the back EMF integration algorithm is influence by integral initial values, offset and drift components in the acquired feedback current, the nonlinear behavior of the switching converter, lead to integral saturation, cause the motor control system unstable, put forward a kind of flux observation algorithm which combine low-pass filter with zero drift correction. The low-pass filter was analyzed to inhibit but not eliminate the zero drift and zero drift correction after integral had its feedback. Two algorithms combine could completely eliminate the DC offset and easy to realizing. Simulation and experiments demonstrate that new algorithm can solve the problem, improve accuracy of rotor position and speed estimation, realize wide speed range sensorless control.
