行星销轴支撑方式对行星齿轮传动齿向载荷分布影响分析

摘要: 为降低行星架扭转变形对行星轮齿面接触应力分布的影响,分析了行星架对行星销轴不同支撑方式下行星轮齿向载荷分布系数的变化。 通过齿轮设计专业软件 KissSoft 和三维软件进行精确建模,利用 ANSYS 有限元仿真软件计算了行星销轴两端过盈配合和一端过盈一端间隙配合两种支撑方式下行星轮齿面接触应力分布,对比了两种支撑方式下行星轮齿向载荷分布系数变化情况。 研究表明,当采用一端间隙一端过盈配合的行星销轴支撑方式时,齿面接触应力分布较均匀,齿向载荷分布系数较小,该支撑方式能够有效降低行星架扭转变形对行星轮齿面接触应力分布的影响,提高行星减速器的工作寿命。

Abstract: In order to reduce the influence of planet carrier deformation on the contact stress distribution of the planet gear , the changes of the load distribution coefficient of planet gear under different support methods of planet pin shaft by the planet carrier were analyzed. The accurate modeling was carried out using the KissSoft software and the 3D software. The ANSYS software was used to calculate the contact stress distribution of planetary gear teeth under two supporting methods, interference fit at both sides and clearance fit at one side. The variation of the load distribution coefficient of planet gear teeth under the two supporting methods was compared. Research showed that the contact stress distribution on the tooth face by using the supporting method of clearance fit at one side was more uniform and the stress on the tooth face was smaller.
This supporting method can effectively reduce the influence of planet carrier deformation on the contact stress distribution of
planet gear teeth and improve the working life of planetary gear.
