摘要: 为研究转子去重平衡工艺对电机振动的负面影响,以某款 4 极 10 槽有刷直流电机作为研究对象,对比去重平衡和加重平衡电机振动水平和齿槽转矩,发现采用去重平衡工艺电机的 4 阶切向振动、齿槽转矩显著变化。 采用有限元方法分析去重工艺对电机齿槽转矩影响机理,不同去重切削量、切削位置对齿槽转矩的影响,提出均衡绕线分布的方式降低转子初始不平衡量,从而减小转子平衡校正去质量,进而减少对电机磁场、振动的负面影响。

Abstract: In order to study the negative impact of rotor dynamic balance de-weight process on motor vibration, a 4-pole 10-slot brushed DC motor was taken as the research object. The vibration level and cogging torque of the de-weighted and weighted balancing motors were compared, and it was found that the 4th tangential vibration and cogging torque of the motor significantly increased when using the de-weight technology. The finite element method was used to analyze the mechanism of the influence of the de-weight technology on the motor cogging torque, and the influence of different deweighted cutting amounts and cutting positions on the cogging torque. A equilibrium winding distribution method was proposed to reduce the initial unbalance of the rotor, thereby reducing the weight of the rotor balance correction and reducing the negative impact on the motor magnetic field and vibration.
