摘要: 针对伺服电机浮动端轴承出现的跑外圈问题,通常采用增加橡胶 O 形圈来进行相应处理。 由于 O 形圈的尺寸规格,以及 O 形圈的开槽尺寸和公差,直接会影响到防跑圈力矩,在选用 O 形圈规格和设计 O 形圈槽的尺寸时需要核算相关内容。 采用有限元法,对不同硬度和不同沟槽尺寸下 O 形圈提供的预紧力和防跑圈力矩进行分析计算,该计算方法对 O 形圈的选型和 O 形圈沟槽的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: To address the issue of outer ring running in the floating end bearing of servo motors, it is usually necessary to add rubber O-rings for corresponding treatment. The size specifications of the O-ring, as well as the size and tolerance of the O-ring groove, directly affect the torque of the anti-running ring. When selecting the O-ring specifications and designing the size of the O-ring groove, relevant content needs to be calculated. Finite element method was used to analyze and calculate the pre-tightening force and anti-running torque provided by O-rings under different hardness and groove sizes. This calculation method has certain guiding significance for the selection of Orings and the design of O-ring grooves.
