一种重载电机的轴承配置与关键装配技术

摘要: 为满足重载电机受力的要求,对 N 端轴承结构进行了技术升级,将电机的一个非传动端的深沟球轴承6326 优化为一个圆柱滚子轴承 NU320 与一个四点接触球轴承 QJ318 的组合结构, 其中 NU320 轴承承受径向力,QJ318 轴承承受轴向力。 主要研究三轴承电机装配时,保证电机非传动端两个轴承的同轴度问题以及QJ318 四点接触球轴承承受一定的轴向压力问题,避免电机因同轴度超差及轴向压力过大导致 QJ318 轴承外圈变形带来温升及振动超差的负面影响。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of force of the heavy-duty motor, the N-end bearing structure was upgraded. A deep groove ball bearing 6326 of the motor, which was not a transmission end, was optimized into a combination structure of a cylindrical roller bearing NU320 and a four-point contact ball bearing QJ318, in which the NU320 bearing bears radial force and the QJ318 bearing bears axial force. The mainly studies how to ensure the coaxiality of the two bearings at the non-transmission end of the motor and the QJ318 four-point contact ball bearing under certain axial pressure during the assembly of the three-bearing motor, so as to avoid the negative effects of temperature rise and vibration out of the outer ring deformation of the QJ318 bearing caused by  excessive coaxiality and axial pressure of the motor.
